Change of Ownership

Listed below are common situations resulting in either a change of ownership or owner status and the documentation required to effect the change. Changes may not be made by phone. All changes must be submitted in writing and mailed to the address below. They can also be e-mailed or faxed. All changes of ownership must also be filed and recorded by the County or Parish where the property is located.
